House. Early C19. Coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and a slate roof. 2
rubble gable stacks. 4 bay. 2 storey Quoins. Off-centre doorway with plank
door, with to left a single sash and to the right 2 glazing bar sashes. Above
over the door a narrow glazing bar sash, with to the left a single sash and to
the right 2 sashes. Attached out buildings to right have a small plank door
on the ground floor and breathers above, plus beyond another out building, a
lean-to with a stone slate roof and a plank door to the side elevation. Rear
additions have largely collapsed. This building was probably built as the
headquarters of the Lunedale Mine.
