House. Early C19. Coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings; stone-flagged
roof with rendered brick chimney. 2 storeys, one wide bay. Flushed door and
4-pane overlight at right in plain stone surround; similar surrounds to late
C19 sashes. Roof has left end chimney. Empty at time of survey. Included for
group value.
