GV II

House, formerly stable block to Gillbeck House. C18, much altered early C20.
Left part rendered and colourwashed, right part squared stone with tooled
dressings; C20 hardrow tile roofs. South elevation in 2 sections: Left part
2-storey, 2 bays. Central window on ground floor; 12-pane sashes in raised
stone surrounds. End stacks, that to left corniced. Set back to right
single-storey 2-bay parapet-fronted part: flat-topped porch on left of left
bay has 6-panel door under radial fanlight in stone surround with imposts
and keystone; C20 glazed door, with similar fanlight and surround, on right
of right bay. Similar windows.
