GV II

House, formerly an Inn, now divided into 2 dwellings. Two builds, late C18
and early C19. Squared stone with cut dressings; stone slate roof. East
elevation 2 storeys, 4 bays, left 2 bays the original house with end quoins
visible. Part-glazed 4-panel door in 3rd bay; various sash windows; all
openings in raised stone surrounds (except for small 4-pane ground-floor sash
on far left, set into blocking of an older doorway). Coped right end gable
on moulded kneelers; ridge and right end stacks. Right return shows central
12-pane sash, in raised stone surround, below blocked attic window, with old
iron bars, in flush surround. Rear elevation shows various sashes.

Included for group value.

Attached outbuildings to south-east and 1977 porch on north end are not of
special interest.
