Cottage, probably C17, with C18 extensions. Rubble; graduated stone slate
roof. One room on each floor, with later single-storey extensions. 2 storeys
2 bays. Boarded door on left; window openings have lost carpentry. Reduced
end stacks. Pent additions: left with blocked door, right with window under
timber lintel. Rear segmental stair projection with slit window; and another
small stone-surround window at 1st floor level to left; projecting gabled
single-storey wing.

Interior: 2 transverse beams with pyramid chamfer stops; fireplace with
segmental brick arch and wood newel stair.

Derelict and in poor condition at time of survey; the rear part of the southern
extension is partly collapsed.
