Barn, mid-C18 altered c.1800. Coursed rubble with cut quoins and dressings,
tooled 1st floor band; graduated stone slate roof. South elevation 2 storeys,
5 bays and slightly projecting end entrance bays. Centre part has 1st floor
band; blocked ground-floor doors and windows,and tall 1st floor with stable
door in alternating-block surround,and slit vents. End bays have blocked
doors, windows and slit vents at top. Left return shows 1st floor band,
ground floor window, boarded pitching door, and 3 slit vents and owl hole in
gable; right return similar. Recessed centre part of rear wall rebuilt flush
with ends c.1800; external stone stair to upper door, slit vents and roof
weathering of wheelhouse, now removed.

Attached single-storey farmbuilding ranges on south and east are not of special
interest.
