Dovecote and adjacent outbuilding, C18 and C19. Rubble with cut dressings;
stone slate roof. Outbuilding incorporates taller square dovecote at north-
east corner. Dovecote has round pigeon openings in stone surrounds on east,
north and west (the latter two now blocked) and pyramid roof; outbuilding
has boarded double doors on south and in west end. Interior of dovecote
lined with paired brick nesting boxes on stone shelves.

Formerly part of the outbuildings of Low Startforth Hall.
