Mill and house. Late C18. Coursed sandstone rubble with some quoins and
ashlar dressings. Stone-flagged roof on house, pantiles on left extension
and pantiles with stone flags at eaves on mill. Central one-storey, 3-bay
house with 2-storey, 4-bay left extension and lower one-storey, 2-bay mill
set-back at right. Steps up to central partly-glazed house door inserted
under wood lintel and flanked by late C19 sashes, both with projecting stone
sills and the right with flat stone lintel; 2 right bays project, with quoins.
Boarded door under stone lintel at right of 2-storey part; similar door under
wood lintel in second bay; empty loft opening at first floor left and
horizontal sliding sash in third bay. Mill wheel housing to right of house
has 2 high ashlar walls. Mill at right has 2 boarded doors under wood
lintels, and 2 very small square openings.

House has banded right end chimney, and central chimney on 2-storey build.

Interior of mill shows pair of stones reset circa 1940.
