Howlea Bridge
over Bedburn Beck
Bridge. Probably late C18. Sandstone rubble with ashlar dressings. Recessed
segmental arch with voussoirs. Rubble parapets raised slightly over centre
of arch, following line of road bed; probably altered from a hump-back bridge.
Block parapet coping.
