Farmhouse. Mid C18 of 2 builds with mid Cl9 refenestration and alterations.
Left section: rubble with brick infill; right section: rubble ground floor with
mid Cl9 brick above in English garden wall bond; pantiled roofs and brick chimneys.
Farmhouse with former single-storey cottage, raised in mid Cl9, attached to right.

2-storey, 3-bay farmhouse has dressed flush quoins and 4 ground-floor openings
with brick jambs and gauged flat arches. C19 4-panel door in right bay with one
12-pane and two 16-pane sashes (with cambered heads) to left. One 16-pane and
two 12-pane horizontal-sliding sashes immediately beneath eaves. steeply-pitched
roof has raised stone verges and a ridge chimney to right. External double stack
to left return.

Former cottage has boarded door with replaced 6-pane sash to left and two 12-pane
horizontal-sliding sashes above. Steeply-pitched roof with central ridge and
right end chimneys.

Farmhouse has 2-storey outshut and gabled stair wing to rear.
