An early C19 red brick house with a yellow brick front with a parapet
with a stucco modillion cornice and a moulded string course. 2 storeys,
attics and basement. A wide stucco band runs between the storeys and
at plinth level. 3 window range at the front and 2 window range at the
rear, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals. The ground
storey windows and doorway have semi-circular arched heads in recessed
panels with a stucco string course at impost level. The doorway has a
fanlight with fan glazing bars. Roof slate at the front and tiled at
the rear, mansard, double-pitched, with 3 semi-circular headed dormers
at the front and 2 at the rear.
