A timber-framed and plastered house of circa 1600 1 storey and attics. The windows
are double-hung sashes With vertical glazing bars and some casements. Roof thatched,
with 1 gabled dormer.

Balloch Myle, Norrells, Leighs Cottage Milton House, Half Thatch and Hope Cottage
form a group. (Leighs Cottage, Milton House and Half Thatch are buildings of local
interest).
