Approached from Wakerings Farm Road. A house may have stood on this site from
the Cl2 but the present house is of C16 and Cl7 origin, refronted in the Old and altered and added to. The present house is fronted in red brick. 2 storeys. The windows are double-hung sashes with vertical glazing bars and segmental heads. Roof tiled. The interior has good early heavy timber-framing, ceiling beams and
joists.
