An interesting miniature building of the early C18. It was built at the same
time as the house, circa 1719. It is a red brick building of I storey with stucco orner pilasters and a parapet on 3 sides, the front breaks forward slightly
with a dentilled pediment and cornice. A central 6-panel door has a doorcase
with Ionic fluted pilasters and a cornice. The windows flanking the doorway have
cornices, shouldered architraves and panelled aprons, double-hung sashes with
glazing bars. There are similar windows in the north and south sides. Roof tiled,
hipped on the north and south ends. '
