A C17 red brick building at some time converted into a dwelling house. Two storeys three window range, C20 casements with leaded lights. The east and west ends are divided by raised bricks bands and end pilasters. Roof tiled, with two stopped gables with brick copings, and a central cruciform chimney stack.

Great Graces, Barn and outbuilding to the north-east of Great Graces, outbuilding to the south-east of Great Graces and Wall and Pavilion to the east of Great Graces form a group.
