A Cl8 red brick house with C19 and C20 alterations and additions. The house is
set back from the street frontage standing in its own grounds. 2 storeys, with
a parapet on the south and west fronts. The west front has 2 window range and
the south front has 3 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plastered
reveals. The south front has a 6-panel door with a semi-circular fanlight, approached
by a flight of steps with iron hand railing. Raised brick bands run between the
storeys and at parapet level. Roof tiled, hipped at the rear.
