A C17 timber-framed and plastered building. 2 storeys. 4 window range,
double-hung sashes with single vertical glazing bars, in flush cased frames.
The upper storey has some C19 or C20 patterned pargetting. The ground
storey has C20 shops. Roofs tiled.

Nos 29 to 33 (odd) form a group with Nos 7 to 13 (odd) and No 36 (George
Inn).
