A C17 timber-framed and plastered house built on an L shaped plan with
wings to the west and north. A C19 range has been added to the south and
there are C19-C20 alterations and additions to the east. 2 storeys. The
windows are C20 casements. Roofs tiled, with a C17 chimney stack with
moulded brick cap and diagonal shafts. The interior has exposed beams,
C17 doors with original fittings and C17 panelling. RCHM (3). To the
south of the house there are a number of timber-framed and weatherboarded
outbuildings and barns, now roofed with corrugated asbestos.
