TL 81 NW 5/161 Nos 14 and 16
Symmetrical pair of cottages, 1927, by Thomas Tait, in International Modern idiom. Brick rendered and colourwashed. Each two storeyed, two windows wide. Flat roof. Parapet. Entrance doors to outer bays, 16 original, 14 replaced. Projecting canopies over. 'V' Shaped metal bay windows above with pinnacles to corners. Other windows replaced. Brick chimney stacks with later coping. Linked to 10 and 12 and 18 and 20 by brick walls with entrances to rear gardens.
