Symmetrical pair of cottages, 1927 by Thomas Tait in International Modern idiom. Painted
brick with continuous rendered parapet. Each two storeyed two windows wide. Flat roof.
Parapet. Original entrance doors with projecting canopies. Replacement windows in
original openings. Two brick stacks with later coping.
