A late C16 timber-framed and plastered house standing back from the street in
its own grounds. It is built on an L-shaped plan with Cl7 addition. The whole
house has been much altered in the C20 with renovations and additions. 2 storeys
and attics. The original south wing has some C16 features including a partly
jettied upper storey with a moulded and carved bressumer and bracket. Roofs
tiled. RCHM (39).

Little Bradfords and the barn to the South east of Little Bradfords
form a group with Nos 3 to l3 (odd) on the west side.
