A C17 timber-framed and plastered house, standing on the corner site at the
junction between High Street and Sandpit Lane. The upper storey is now pebbledash
in panels, 2 storey and attics. 3 window range on the south east front, double-
hung sashes with glazing bars, in flush cased frames. The ground storey has
C20 shop fronts. Roofs tiled, hipped at the south-west end. RCHM (20)

Nos 73 to 77 (odd) form a group with Nos 90 to 96 (even), 100, 102, 106 and 112.
