A late c18 front possibly to an earlier timber-framed and plastered building.
A double-gabled wing extends south at the rear. 2 storeys. 4 window range,
double-hung sashes without glazing bars, in flush cased frames on the north
front. The rear windows are horizontal sliding sashes and casements, with glazing
bars. A 6-panel door has a wood doorcase with a shell hood on cut brackets.
Roofs tiled.

New Mills and Nos 66 to 70 (even) form a group.
