Red House
TL 8130 NE 2/9


Late C18 large red brick house with wings extending east, and cross wing at
south end. 2 storeys with attics and basement roofs tiled. 5 window range,
vertical sliding sashes. South cross wing also of 5 window range, vertical
sliding sashes. West front has moulded cornice above 1st floor level. Stucco
band between storeys. Central 6 panel door with pediment head, fluted pilasters
with Ionic capitals. Steps. North side and rear spoilt by C20 alterations.
