C16 timber-framed and plastered. Part 3 storey, part 2 storey. 3 window range
of double hung sashes with marginal glazing bars. High roof slate, lower roof
red plain tile. Small building was originally an open hall, at right angles
to the street. Jowled storey posts visible internally. (RCHM 6).
