Outbuilding circa 1550. Timber framed and weatherboarded with some plaster.
Corrugated iron roof. 1 storey and loft. Boarded door. Casement window. Red
brick chimney with original fireplace and built in copper. Heavy chamfered
bridging joist. Soffit tenon with deminished haunches.
