Cottage. C16 and C17. At one time 3 cottages. Timber framed and plastered.
Half hipped thatched roof with single storey lean-to to right. 3 curved
dormers. 1 storey and attics. 3 window range of C20 small paned casements and
matching one in lean-to. C20 vertically boarded door with thatched porch
extending from roof at right. 3 red brick chimney stacks. Inglenook fireplace.
Bridled and bladed scarf joints. Documentary reference of sale of the 3
cottages to a farm bailiff c1700 for the sum of £21.
