TL 74 SE BELCHAMP ST. PAUL WAKESHALL LANE,
3/82 Wakeshall Farmhouse

GV II

House. C16 and later. Timber framed and plastered with red plain tiled roof.
1 storey and attic with catslide dormer. 3 window range of vertical sliding
sashes with glazing bars. Vertically boarded door in plain surround. 2 red
brick chimney stacks, the one to right of 4 square attached shafts. There is
a single storey brick built lean-to to right with a small paned casement window
and a vertically boarded door. Internally are stop chamfered bridging and
ceiling joists and reputed early C18 staircase with good balusters. Bladed
scarf joint visible. RCHM 12.
