House. C17 with later alterations. Timber framed and plastered. Hipped red
plain tiled roof with 2 hipped dormers. 2 storeys and attics with rear wing.
3 windows first floor. 4 windows ground floor. Mainly C18 small paned
casements with some C17 casements. All ground floor windows shuttered. Central
red brick chimney stack. Interior has back to back Inglenook fireplaces.
Brick floors. Several good C17 doors one of which is nailed. C17 staircase.
Ground floor has 2 bays with fine moulded and stop chamfered bridging and
ceiling joists and 1 bay with plainer but still moulded and chamfered beams.
Exposed C17 frame to first floor and attic. RCHM 9.
