House, C17, now a public house. Timber framed, plastered, thatched. Aligned
approx. NW-SE, aspect SW, with 2 axial chimney stacks. Thatched rear extension
at NW end, and pantiled extension beyond with end chimney stack, C19. Lean-to
extension along remainder of rear, with catslide thatched roof. Small brick
lean-to extension in E angle. Single-storey extension at SE end with pantiled
roof, C19. 2 storeys. 3 half-glazed doors, 3 double-hung sash windows of 16
lights, C20. First floor, 3 C19 casement windows. Main roof half-hipped at
both ends. Stop-chamfered beams.
