TL 83 NV GESTINGTHORPE AUDLEY END
2/7 Delvyn's Farmhouse

GV II

House. Late C18 or early C19 facade with possible earlier core. Plastered
brick. Double range grey slate roofs with stepped gables. Plastered chimney
stack to each gable apex and matching stack to rear range centre. 2 storeys. 5
window range of C19 small paned vertically sliding sashes, first floor with
keystones, ground floor with drip hoods. Central band. Central crenellated
porch with 2 centred arch opening. Drip hood over with face stops. 2 centre
arched door with small paned glazing, matching fanlight over with curved glazing
bars. Matching single storey crenellated extension to left. Interior has good
contemporary detail including doors, architraves, wainscots, window mouldings
and staircase.
