House. C15 or earlier with later alterations. Red tiled roofs. 2 red brick
chimney stacks. H-plan with jettied 2 storey crosswings to right and left.
Central hall 1 storey and attics with gabled dormer. 1:1:1 window range of
various small paned casements and sliding sashes. Circular window to left
crosswing gable. Central hall with gabled trellis porch and plank and muntin
door. Hall with inserted floor and reputed central tie beam with 4 armed crown
post, east wing with 3 braced tie beams. RCHM 2.
