Granary/cartlodge approx. 50 metres SE of Great Yeldham Hall

Granary/cartlodge, C17, altered in C19/20. Timber framed, weatherboarded,
roofed with corrugated iron. 3 bays aligned NW-SE. Originally the granary
stood on 8 posts, the lower storey open all round and used as a cartlodge.
Later 3 walls have been infilled with timber framing and weatherboards.
Chamfered beams with lamb's tongue stops, plain joists of deep section.
Original straight braces to girts, bolted hanging knees to binding beams.
