Milestone. C18/C19. Stone. Raised triangle inscribed: London 49. Lower front
triangle reads: Braintree 9, Sudbury 7, with Castle Hedingham under each panel.
One rear panel reads 49 from London 7 to Sudbury, the other panel is plain. One
of a set of four similar milestones on the Castle Hedingham to Bulmer Road.
