Public house. C16 or earlier. Timber framed and pargetted plaster with batten decoration and some painted brick facing.Red plain tiled roofs.Three red brick chimney stacks visible from the street. Double range to left, with right hipped crosswing outshot to right. Two storeys.Two:one window range of mainly small paned vertically sliding sashes with ground floor bay windows to left and right and a Venetian window to first floor right. Six panelled door to left and central C20 double glazed doors to extended roof porch.Exposed timber framing internally and chamfered brick arch to fireplace.RCHM 7.
