TL 72 NE GOSFIELD THE STREET (WEST SIDE)
7/189 Bridge House.

GV II

Cottage. C17/C18 or earlier with later alterations. Timber framed and
plastered. Red plain tiled roof with off centre gabled dormer and outshot at
rear. Central red brick chimney stack with square attached shafts. Two
storeys. One window to first floor, three to ground floor, all small paned
casements. Off centre slanting red tiled porch with timber support posts.
Vertically boarded door. There has been confusion in the past about the
original name and listing of this house and the adjacent "Sparrows" q.v. 7/190.
