TL 7833 SIBLE HEDINGHAM LAMB LANE
11/257 Tower House

II

House. C17/C18 rear range, late C18 front range. Timber framed and rough
rendered. Grey slate roof. Painted brick chimney stacks to right and left.
Incorporated outbuildings to rear left. Two storeys. Three window range of
small paned vertically sliding sashes. Central boarded door with two lights.
Moulded surround, plain pilasters with capitals, open pediment. Gabled cast
iron lattice porch. Internal features include stick balusters and wreathed
handrail to staircase, beaded vertically boarded doors. Originally a mill
house.
