GV II
House. Circa 1840, with C18 service wing. Stucco on brick, slate roof, service
wing timber framed and plastered. Double range plan, facing W, with service
wing to rear of right end. 2 storeys. 5-window range of sashes with marginal
lights and external louvred shutters. Central 4-panel door, upper panels
glazed, in Tuscan porch. Stucco marked in imitation of stone blocks, with band
at first floor level. Hipped roof of shallow pitch. The service wing has
exposed beam and joists.
