Part of larger house, now one house. C15. Timber framed, plastered, roofed
with handmade red clay tiles. One bay facing S, formerly part of a continuous
range with no. 5 Bridge Street. Rear extensions. 2 storeys. Ground floor,
early C20 shopfront of 3 windows and one half-glazed door, with 3 pilasters
having a simple incised design. First floor, one sash of 12 lights, early C19.
Plaster incised in imitation of stone blocks. The interior has a chamfered beam
with exposed plain joists of horizontal section.
