House. Early C19. Plastered brick with slate roof. Double range plan facing
NE, with 2 internal chimney stacks, and service range to right rear. 4-window
range of sashes of 12 lights, with some crown glass. Ground floor windows have
recessed panels below and simple architraves. First floor windows have external
louvred shutters. 5-panel door with rectangular light over, in Doric portico
with flat roof. Bands at first floor level and below eaves. Grey brick chimney
stacks. flipped roof of low pitch. 3-window range of sashes of 12 lights, with
crown glass, in left return wall. The interior has original detailing of high
quality, including staircase with decorative iron balustrading, doors,
architraves, skirtings, cornices and window shutters.
