House. Late C16, extended in early C17. Timber framed, plastered, roof
thatched. 4 bays facing SE, with internal chimney stack one bay from left end.
One-bay extension to right, early C17, with external chimney stack at end.
Small single-storey extension to rear, roofed with corrugated asbestos. One
storey with attics. One C19 casement, one C19 horizontally sliding sash of 12
lights, one C20 casement. C19 boarded door with inserted light. Roof half-
hipped at left end. Early plaster with zigzag pattern and sawtooth indentations
in panels on front. The interior has axial beams, chamfered with lamb's tongue
stops, and plain joists of horizontal section. Jowled posts, roof of clasped
purlin construction.
