Handed pair of cottages in Gothick style. Early C19. Walls plastered, probably
of clay lump to eaves level, with timber framed gables and thatched roof.
Facing S, with central chimney stack. Weatherboarded single-storey lean-to
extension at rear. 2 Gothick sash windows each of 12 rectangular lights and
triangular lights in segmental head, 2 plain boarded doors, and on first floor 2
casement windows of 12 lights. Roof half-hipped at both ends. In each return
wall one Gothick window of 2 lights with 2-centred head, and on the first floor
one casement window of 6 lights.
