House. Early C16 or earlier, with C17, C19 and C20 alterations. Timber framed
and plastered. Grey slate front range, red tiled rear range roofs. External
left and off centre right red brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys. 4 window range
of small paned vertically sliding sashes. 6 panelled door, plain pilasters,
flat canopy on brackets. Originally an open hall house with crosswings, the
original framing remains to cros swings and in parts of the C17 and C19 roof
raises.
