Cottage. C16 or earlier with later alterations. Timber framed and plastered.
Half hipped red plain tiled roof. Left red brick chimney stack. 2 storeys. 3
window range of C20 small paned casements. Left red tiled gabled porch on
brackets. C20 vertically boarded door with light. Stop chamfered bridging and
ceiling joists. Halved arched bracing to walls. Original roof timbers intact.
3 bays and chimney bay. Probably RCHM 13.
