GV II

Public House. C16 or earlier origin with later additions and alterations.
Timber framed and rough rendered. Red plain tiled roofs. 3 red brick chimney
stacks, left external, left and right of central range. 2 storey gabled
crosswings to right and left of one storey and attic centre range, this range
with segmental head to dormer. 1:1:1 window range those to first floor small
paned casements, 2 light small paned vertically sliding sashes to ground floor
bays vertically boarded doors to right return of left crosswing and to right of
C19/C20 parapeted central range. RCHM 9.
