GV II

House. C18. Red brick. Red plain tiled double range roofs. Red brick chimney
stacks to right and left. Parapet with stone coping. 3 storeys and cellars. 5
window range of vertically sliding sashes, plain reveals, gauged brick arches.
2 of the small second storey windows blocked. Fine C18 cast iron full length
ground floor verandah with curved glass roof, ornate cornice, alternate
trellising and open arches between support columns. Right return door of 4
panels and 2 lights with tracery to light over. Plain bases and moulded
capitals to Tuscan columns. Moulded cornice to moulded pediment with dentilled
soffits. 4 step approach.
