TL 71 NE WHITE NOTLEY OFF FAIRSTEAD ROAD

House. C16 or earlier with later additions and alterations. Timber framed and
plastered. Red plain tiled roof, hipped with gablets. Lower level extension to
right return and outshot extension to front right. Red brick chimney stacks to
right of main range and right extension. 2 storeys. One 3 light window to
first floor and a C20 casement to ground floor. Panelled door to left. Heavy
timber framing shows internally. Very limited viewing to roof which appears to
be of side purlin construction, with heavy unsooted medieval timber.
