Handed pair of cottages. C1B, extended in C19, altered in C20. Timber framed,
plastered, roofed with handmade red clay tiles. 4 bays facing W, with central
stack. Extended to right by one bay in C19. Single storey rear extensions, C20
external stack at left end. One storey with attics. No. 5 (at right), 3 Gothic
Revival casements, 3 C20 casements in gabled dormers. 2 plain boarded doors,
one with shallow gabled porch, other disused. No. 6 (at left), 2 C20 casements,
one more in gabled dormer. Plain boarded door. Listed for Group Value.
