Cottage. C18, altered in C20. Timber framed, plastered, roof thatched. 2 bays
aligned E-W with stack in each gable end. C19 extension along N side with
catslide roof, and smaller lean-to extension beyond. C20 single-storey
extension at E end, roofed with red clay corrugated tiles. One storey with
attics. S (garden) elevation, 3 C20 casements, C20 door. Main door in NE
angle, C20, in porch with corrugated asbestos roof. The E stack retains a bread
oven iron with door in, the middle of the rear wall of the hearth, an unusual
position; mantel beam renewed. C20 grate in W stack. Some framing exposed
internally.
