Wall. C16. Red brick in English bond and Flemish stretcher bond. Aligned
NW-SE approx. 45 metres long, and extending approx. 57 metres NE from the SE
end, forming the boundary between All Saints churchyard and Terling Place. One
gateway SE of church. 0.46 metre thick at the base, mainly 0.33 metre thick,
approx. 2 metres high. Brick coping renewed. This wall is shown on an estate
map by John Walker, 1597, forming the N boundary of the mansion then held by Sir
Thomas Mildmay. Included for group value.
